Description
Medical specialties are experiencing a workforce crisis, and the implications are profoundly affecting access to and equitable delivery of quality healthcare. During this closing plenary session, we will review the current state of the physician workforce, explore some of the external factors, such as state legislation that may affect your specialty, and explore how medical societies are addressing the challenge both strategically and tactically. A reactor panel will consider opportunities for the CMSS community to collaborate and address a complex issue.
