This panel session addresses ways to meet the needs of the next generation of the healthcare workforce. Presentations by AAMC, Press Ganey, and a Fellow active in his union provide a broad picture of the challenges in our current workforce—shortages, caregiver engagement, and moral injury—and potential solutions for a path forward.
