Advancing Immunization (Concurrent Session)
Description
This session highlights lessons learned by ACPM in communicating with and engaging members in its Vaccine Confident Campaign. Additionally, this session includes an update on the CMSS SSAAI Project, a five-year cooperative agreement between CDC and CMSS that funds seven specialty societies in promoting adult immunization. ATS, one of the consortium members, shares progress on its vaccine initiative in which it has been working with several health systems to collect immunization data and initiate QI efforts to build immunization awareness.
